Ahwazi Arab demonstrations in London

On Wednesday 29-October-2014 hundreds of Ahwazi Arab gathered in front of

British Parliament to protest against Ahwazis secret executions and the Iranian regime vicious scheme in diverting the Ahwazi Rivers water to the Iran central region and demands from British government to take action and intervene to stop the Ahwazi Rivers water diversion which is said would have serious environmental implications on Ahwazi people.


In today’s protest, people men and women with carrying Arabic and English Banners that read, “Stop execution of Ahwazi Arab political prisoners in Iran”, “ stop Ethnic cleansing of Ahwazi Arab in Iran ”, “Stop Iranian racism against Ahwazis ”, “Iranian regime= ISIS”, demanded from all the human rights and UN organization and British government to speak out against Ahwazis secret executions and their ethnic cleansing by Iranian regime and the possible environmental massacre in Ahwaz whose people are deprived of drinking water for years suffering from air pollution since 2011 until 2014, the World Health Organization has repeatedly declared that Ahwaz region, was the most polluted city in the world, with high asthma levels among children and teenagers due to industrial waste and emissions.

On the other side there was participation of Mr. Graham Williams from Nations without States where he stated that “ the Ahwazi Nation in particular and other non-Persian nations in Iran have got their supporters in all around the world and non-Persian nations they can look for self-determination rights and gain it like other states who reached to that rights”.

Mean while there was presence of Balochi people in this demonstration to show their outrage from Iranian regime systematic plans to change the demography of Balochistan and raised their voice for Balochistan Independence.
