According to a report by \u201cHrana,\u201d this political prisoner was returned to Sheiban Prison on Tuesday, December 17, in critical and unstable health condition. He had been taken out of the prison by order of the Cyber Police (FATA) and under the supervision of the Ministry of Intelligence agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reports indicate that Mukhtar was severely beaten at one of the police detention centers in Ahwaz, resulting in serious physical injuries and the worsening of his chronic illness. He was later transferred to the prison\u2019s medical center for preliminary medical care, but his health continues to deteriorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A source close to Mukhtar\u2019s family stated that he was able to make a phone call to his family after being transferred to the detention center. During the call, he informed them of the brutal torture and mistreatment he endured at the hands of the police. The source also confirmed that Mukhtar was subjected to systematic insults and brutal beatings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mukhtar has been on a hunger strike for 12 days in protest against being denied necessary medical care and treatment. This strike has caused a severe decline in his health, while authorities continue to ignore his humanitarian demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is worth noting that Mukhtar Al-Bushouka was arrested in 2010 by security forces in Khalaf Abad, occupied Ahwaz. He was later tried in the Revolutionary Court, which sentenced him to death. However, the sentence was later commuted to life imprisonment in a trial described as lacking legal standards and fairness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
