Ahwazi Centre for Human Rights condemns the arrest of Ahwazi activist Fatima Al-Tamimi


The Persian occupation intelligence service has arrested the Ahwazi activist Fatima Al-Tamimi and transferred her to an unknown destination, on Wednesday, December 09, 2020.
Ahwazi activist Fatima Al-Tamimi, 39, is married and has two children, Maha, 15, and Muhammad, 11, who lives in the city of “Jarahi”, adjacent to the Ahwazi city of Ma’ashour.
The female prisoner, Fatima Al-Tamimi, was working in the cultural and literary field by visiting the villages and rural areas of Al-Ahwaz.
Activist Fatima Al-Tamimi has an account on social networking sites (Instagram) and has more than 25 thousand followers and she is interested in cultural matters and also raising children’s awareness.
The Ahwazi Centre for Human Rights condemns the arbitrary detention of the Ahwazi activist Fatima Al-Tamimi and calls for the immediate and unconditional release of the activist Fatima and all the Ahwazi women detained in the cells of the Persian occupier.
