Unknown fate of four Ahwazi young sentenced to death

Mr Qassim Abdullahi (Bait Abdullah), son of Abdullah and Abdullah Karamullah Chaab, 34, son of Abbas both from Susa (Shush) city were detained by the Iranian Regime’s Intelligence Agency on 21st October 2015 along with several youths in the region.

According to the judgment’s letter number 9609976122100184 which was issued by the first section of the Iranian revolutionary court, Mr. Qassim Abdullahi (Bait Abdullah) Accused of participating in the formation of the group (Jon Al-Faruq) and participating in the shooting on people who were celebrating Ashura ceremony in Dezful city and disturb the country’s security and Mr. Abdullah Karamulluh Chaab Accused of fighting and leading this group and destabilizing national security.

After appealing against ruling to the Supreme Court due to the lack of evidence of the alleged offense and contradictions in the intelligence service and Public Prosecution’s investigations but their case was referred to the main branch office of the Ahwaz Revolutionary Court.

These cases were investigated in Section 3 of the Revolutionary Court of Ahwaz. The death sentence against Qassim Abdullah (Bait Abdullah) and Abdullah Karamal Chaab were confirmed in Section 3 After appeal, their cases were recently sent to the High Court of Tehran for the second time to implement the execution.

According to reliable source quoted to Ahwazi Centre for Human Rights that the detainees’ families has no news about their sons more than one month that increases the concerns and fears among the families.

The families are pleading to all human right organisations to speak out about their sons and put pressure on Iranian authorities to reveal their fate before it getting late.

In the similar context, the Ahwazi Centre for Human Rights has understand other two Ahwazi young names that been sentenced to death recently.

According to the source, both Ahwazi young named as Mr. Ahmad Sejirat and Mr. Malek Obeidawi both were in Ahwazi notorious “Sepidar” prison and they are at imminent risk of implementing their sentence at any time.

The Ahwazi Centre for Human Rights could not get more information about last two Ahwazi young due to tight security issues exercised by Iranian intelligence service.

Ahwazi Centre for Human Rights strongly condemns Iranian regime inhumane and heinous behaviour in dealing with Ahwazi young and calls for international movement to doomed and denounces the Iranian officials in violating international norms and stopping execution of Ahwazi young.
